Reiki is a technique that allows everyone to tap into an unlimited supply of
universal life force energy to improve health and enhance the quality of life. A
treatment will often feel like you have been enveloped in a warm light, glowing from
the inside out. Many relax so deeply that they fall asleep during a session. Reiki treats
the whole person including body, mind, heart and spirit and allows for deep relaxation,
feelings of peace, security, and well-being.
Reiki heals by flowing through the affected parts of the energy field and charging them
with positive energy. It raises the vibratory level of the energy field in and around the
physical body where the negative thoughts and feelings are attached. This causes the
negative energy to break apart and fall away. In so doing, Reiki clears, straightens and
heals the energy pathways, thus allowing the life force to flow in a healthy and natural
way. Reiki always knows what a person needs and will adjust itself to create the effect
that is appropriate for them. Reiki is a simple, natural, and safe method of spiritual
